Is it too stereotypical for an Irish cat to have an emotional support potato?

Back in the day, one of my cats used to love coffee grounds and olives. The coffee had a catnip-like effect on him. Separately from the coffee, he'd play with an olive like it was made of drugs. This kitty was also the smartest cat I've ever known.

My cats are my emotional support potatoes

Ha, my cat also loves little potatoes. He'll steal them out of the bag on the counter if it's not sealed. I think he likes them because they're odd shaped and don't roll like his other balls do.

Our cat also liked them because unlike hard toys she could sink her teeth deep into them. I think she was a snake in a prior life.
