Make sure that the fuse board is properly seated between the notches. It is easy for it to become dislodged without batteries and the bottom battery spacer
Place the top row of batteries with the F2 connectors as shown. Continue from the top row to the bottom row as shown. Use the longest black connector cable to make the jump from top to bottom row.
Tuck the three wires behind the jumper cables. Make sure they do not cross--you want as flat as possible.
Set the furthest back battery in place, terminals towards the back. be careful with the fuse board, it should stay between the tabs of the frame.
Place the front most batteries on the bottom row. Work the black patch cable so that it loops to the top in the same place as the patch cable from the top row.
Set the last two batteries in place
Work the yellow patch cables down so they are flat with the 3 cables already there. Use a blunt pokey stick to help with this.
Set the top row spacer panel on the batteries. Note the tiny spaces between batteries. Make sure it fits in without force. If you need to, work the long patch cables down a bit more.
Set the bottom row spacer panel on top.
Finally with the top of the case installed, make sure you have voltage on the plug. If not, check all your patch cables.
