I don't know anything about surfboards or the climate this will be used in - but aren't you concerned about condensate collecting inside the hollow chamber? I don't see any drain ports.

It’s all glassed so not really, but worst case I could drill a hole to let the condensate out and patch it

#19 is that a different type of wood to hold the fin box? That piece down the middle seems a bit darker than the rest, and wondered if that's for hardness reasons, or esthetic reasons?

It was cedar and I used a router for the hole that the fin box went in

Have to be hardness, there's gonna be a lot of pressure on the fin box, especially when making a turn or running onto the sand. Really nice job so far.
