Yeah, I had Hitchcock as Nobby in another comment thread above, it works nicely for him, although Nobby is nicer than Hitchcock, even if he is a petty criminal with a badge and Hitchcock is just a weird and mostly unpleasant dude.
I am also starting to believe more and more that B99 is just modern-day Watch because the Nobby-Colon pairing does work nicely for those two.
