Bringing dishonour to their country

Like someone said in another post: if they had fought like this in 1982, they might have kept the Falklands for like 1 more hour or so.

1 month ago | Likes 25 Dislikes 3

Just a sidenote on this. Argentina was using military encryption machines provided by a swiss company "Krypto AG" that was secretely the property of the german BND (foreign intelligence agency) and the CIA.

According to the five eyes agreement the british were basically reading everything the argentinians were transmitting in real time.

It is hard to not lose a war if every move is known to the enemy the second you send out the orders.

And literally every country helped in some tacit way. The Russians had a sub active pinging Argentine ships, just to fuck with them, before any British ships made it to the area. The French have detailed plans about the anti aircraft missiles they had supplied and the take off capabilities of the mirage jets. The US ignored the Brits stealing bits from the Vulcans in the Smithsonian, Ascension island was told to offer all help needed. It was *very* one sided.

until they realized that absolutely no one living in the Falklands wants to be a part of Argentina

1 month ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

Classy.

1 month ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

Why aren't they rolling around like they've just suffered the most gruesome injury in the history of mankind only to hop up 30 seconds later like nothing happened? Oh that's right, the match had ended by that point.

You know who they voted in for President, right? That says a lot.

1 month ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 2

Fair but I’m also American and wish (probably in vain) that people would not judge me by who managed to get elected here

1 month ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

Agreed.

1 month ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

ban him from all fifa events, call it a day

1 month ago | Likes 12 Dislikes 2

Lifetime ban!

1 month ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

Let’s see if FIFA sanctions those rogues. I doubt it though.

1 month ago | Likes 58 Dislikes 3

Paredes definitely will be. He also punched and kicked players, so it shouldn't just be for a game or two, either. He got a red card, so he'll be suspended and, seeing as he's not Cristiano Ronaldo in a World Cup or a US player Trump wants playing, he's gonna have to serve it.

1 month ago | Likes 19 Dislikes 0

He got a red card for it, and likely a longer suspension than the one game. That, and also Argentina is due for some additional disciplinary actions for their Falklands banner as well.

1 month ago | Likes 41 Dislikes 1

Cheated and still lost :P

1 month ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 1

If someone goes for my throat, I'm kicking them in the balls.

1 month ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 1

This occurs in a lot of sports where a team felt they would win and did not. Frustration sets in which leads to emotional anger. Then a guy or two takes it out on the opposing team and soon we have teams fighting each other for no reason. As other shots showed Messi kept his cool and stood on the outside of the skirmishes.

1 month ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Funny how they bounce right the fuck up after these hits.

1 month ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

As I said numerous times before: has that scumbag team ever won anything in a fair way?

1 month ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Paredes got a yellow card during game for a cheap hit during the game and then continued to shove and tow different Spanish players. He should have gotten a 2nd yellow card then and be removed from the game.

1 month ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

know nothing of argentina except those stupid colors on some tourist trashes

1 month ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 1

Fuck Argentina, that racist Nazi POS country

1 month ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Those Spaniards really stick up for each other.

1 month ago | Likes 10 Dislikes 3

ohhh, he wouldve gotten one in the balls from me for that

1 month ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

This was the first game out of the entire FIFA Cup that I watched, and this about sums up all I saw.

1 month ago | Likes 63 Dislikes 7

Me too. I won't be back.

1 month ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 5

You really missed a ton of great football.

1 month ago | Likes 34 Dislikes 30

Watch the 3/4th place final best moments on YouTube. Short and really good.

1 month ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

England v. Mexico, Argentina v. Cape Verde, France v. England. -- Those games are already iconic.

1 month ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 1

As a big football fan, I wouldn't say a ton of great football, but was ok.

1 month ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

Why is that downvote? They really did. Small finals on Saturday was absolute cinema.

1 month ago | Likes 15 Dislikes 4

Wonder what the Spaniard said

1 month ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 7

Was that what got then the red card? There was a portion i missed and when I came back, they were down to 10 players.

1 month ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 1

As far as I'm aware the part shown was after the match

1 month ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

No, this was after the match. The red card in the game was Enzo Fernandez. He got the first one for arguing with the ref when he didn't get a free kick for throwing himself to the ground, and the second one for a very aggressive tackle.

Fuck Argentina

1 month ago | Likes 222 Dislikes 8

Fuck you, who the fuck are you anyway

1 month ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 91

Argentina (the country) isn’t what we’re talking about here. We’re talking about one individual bastard.

On other posts, we also acknowledge that Milei is a piece of shit who has turned his country into a vassal state under the control of a pedophile.

That being said, if you and some of the fellas band together and give Peter Thiel the welcome he deserves, I’ll buy a Messi kit myself. I’m probably not using the correct term, but you get the gist

1 month ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 3

I'm talking about football man politics it's too deep to discuss here. But thinking one guy who won an election represents the whole county is a mistake, I know not all 300 million American grab women by the pussy, just the orange piece of shit.

1 month ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 6

It’s still not okay to shove someone like that in soccer.

1 month ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Doug.

1 month ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

And who the fuck are you? Just a stranger on the internet with a terrible choice in team. Move along

1 month ago | Likes 41 Dislikes 3

Oh right because you are Internet royalty, you are worst being an entitled ignorant. My terrible team won an American cup in Brasil, a world cup, the next American cup and went on playing this world cup final, go read something but Instagram and TikTok and find other team who have done anything similar. My team has played three world cup finals in the last 4 so yeah, terrible. I'll move along for sure, this is what you are worth exactly, nothing.

1 month ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 11

Do you understand that most people dont give a rats ass about soccer and its insane to attack other players on the field and watching videos of argentina fans literally beating on other fans while your team is winning. You guys are fucking sore winners you can win and still hate on other people which really leads me to believe in this deep emptiness of your people.

1 month ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

lol no comments in four years and this is what brings him out of hiding

1 month ago | Likes 11 Dislikes 2

I take a little pride in pissing someone off that much.

1 month ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

For stuff like that players should be banned from international play.

1 month ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Six Argentina team members play for Atletico de Madrid. Will be interesting to see how they like playing La Liga games next season

1 month ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I wonder what Paredes's beef was.

1 month ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 4

He lost

1 month ago | Likes 11 Dislikes 0

Ah, is that what he said?

1 month ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 3

Argentina are the jews of fotbal

1 month ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 31

Nazis go against the wall, or you can follow your leader.

1 month ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 1

And that's why they are universally hated.

1 month ago | Likes 270 Dislikes 8

Plus they nearly killed the top gear guys over a fucking licence plate

1 month ago | Likes 9 Dislikes 1

Wild, a random licence plate that had a passing resemblance to dates about the Falklands war and they get attacked over it? Crazy

1 month ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

One of the many fucking reasons tbh, though it's nice to get it confirmed every once in a while.

1 month ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

My SO is a non-Argentinian South American and she tells me that everyone in South America hates the Argentinians because of their imperialistic behavior

1 month ago | Likes 37 Dislikes 2

That's not the reason really. The problem with the average (not everyone) argentinian is they have egos the size of the Titanic. They basically act like they are the best at everything and the rest of the world sucks. Also, they are the biggest dicks ever when they win and as you can see in this case, also massive sore losers. They fail miserably at being humble and that's why nobody likes them.

1 month ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 0

I mean they helped the Nazis.

1 month ago | Likes 18 Dislikes 0

*help, they continue to help Nazis.

1 month ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Universally by whom? Stop complaining like a little girl and play

1 month ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 87

I had never heard of that before myself, but its been coming up more lately bc of the world cup. My girlfriend has traveled quite a bit internationally and she was telling me outside of futbol shit, Argentina is pretty overwhelming disliked and being shit losers helps confirm pplz feelings on the matter

1 month ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Argentina played, and got their asses beat. 0-1 even with the refs bending over backwards to help soccer LeBron

1 month ago | Likes 19 Dislikes 0

Alright let all of the world treat you like that, no complaints remember?

1 month ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 0

What, the violence? Every sport league allows it. Courts allow it. Clearly, the fans must like it, right? I don't like it, but I'm not a paying fan of any sport.

1 month ago | Likes 9 Dislikes 133

No, not every sports league has it. Every sports league where it’s a part of the game (soccer isn’t one of these) only allows violence during play.

1 month ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

What are you talking about?

1 month ago | Likes 21 Dislikes 0

Maybe I misunderstood the post. What's the part that's supposed to be universally hated?

1 month ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 6

I think it might be the assaulting opposing players after the game is over. Just a guess, I didn't watch it, and don't care, but that might be it.

1 month ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

That was my guess, but we appear to be wrong. 🤷
