When people tell me Jeep has sold out, I refer them to the 2 wheel drive “Surrey Park.” Manufacturers want to make money and they’ll sell whatever it takes.

Fiat Jolly would like a word

I want one!

Had a hard time figuring out if this was a legit Jeep from the 50s or if it was a body kit on a golf cart.

Barbie's runaround.

My sister’s Barbie rode around in one of these.

Heck yeah

5 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

That thing is amazing!

5 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I want it

5 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 2

I got no fucking idea what the title is trying to say.

5 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Good God, I want one so bad.

5 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I had a 2wd '96 Jeep. They exist.

5 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I was never rich enough to beg my parents into getting me a Barbie Powerwheel. This will have to be my goal now.

5 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

I'm a Barbie girl, in a Barbie world

Show me an auto maker that hasn't

5 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

If you ask me, it's Range Rover that sold out, but what exactly did Jeep do?

5 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

If my mother saw me with that car, she'd throw a fit. And at her age (81) Neither one of us could afford treatment for it.

5 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Still, I like that car, even if it's pink.

5 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Did we just end up on Fantasy Island?

5 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I see where Landrover got the idea . . .

5 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

My brothers had one of these!

5 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

It looks like it’s made out of candy

5 years ago | Likes 27 Dislikes 0

And dreams

5 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

I love it!

5 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

I’m a pink obsessed freak and I want this SO FREAKING BADLY

5 years ago | Likes 9 Dislikes 0

Yup, they are rubbish. Can't compare them with a proper G class.

5 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 2

at 1/3 the price of a G, I will take a wrangler

5 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Every 16yo says this, but I have yet to meet a G wagon on a trail. Same, would be cool to see one actually put its portals to use.

5 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

Shame*

5 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Pretty sure the Fiat 500-based Renegade is worse than the pink buggy

And like that, a flood of memories. My grand aunt/uncle had one of these, same color. They had a few acres and we'd get to ride in it ?

5 years ago | Likes 9 Dislikes 0

Luckily I was able to get mine in 4WD before they sold iut!

5 years ago | Likes 36 Dislikes 3

No wonder you ended up in the river with such a dirty windshield.

5 years ago | Likes 12 Dislikes 0

It's the new flex seal windsheild. That is a scary crossing, its class III rapids and if a bit too high downstream you go.

5 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 1

thanks for the chuckles smart ass.

5 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

It looks stuck, you should have bought a Land Cruiser.

5 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

Well it's a picture not a gif. Of you have one bring it! Have friends with fj40 and 60s.

5 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 2

I love my fj40, but that jeep looks fun as hell. What engine and axles? Any mods?

5 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

LOL, guess peoole don't like us talki g about fj40s. I have 3 crawlers this 48 cj2a, a Samurai and a 41 gpw that is a project. Wanna trade?

5 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

That is if they all survive the fire, I had to evacuate my home. I moved this jeep down ti reno. I built it in 90s, but it needs ut again. 2

5 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Jeep died the second that Chrysler merged with Daimler in 98. From then on it was nothing more than a soulless shell.

5 years ago | Likes 121 Dislikes 14

It's a Fiat now

5 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

The Wrangler is still the most capable offroader, with removable top and doors. It's not like they turned it into a crossover or something.

5 years ago | Likes 21 Dislikes 2

Not yet, they just added two doors and are slowly turning it into mom's minivan.

5 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 1

Dude, the 4 door jeep been around for 15 years. And it's really nice for long camping trips.

5 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 1

Ok but we got the TJ out of that, and it's still the best factory 4x4 ever built.

5 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 1

*Laughs in Hilux

5 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

laughs in landcruiser

5 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I'd argue they died when the VP of GM, who'd just gotten an award from Hitler, took over as their CEO.

5 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

My JLU is crazy comfortable, great off road, and fun to drive. I'll take my Italian engine over any other "American made" car at this price.

5 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Even with all it's problems the new Bronco looks sick. Makes Jeeps look so old-timey

5 years ago | Likes 9 Dislikes 6

Lol. The "new bronco" is a reskinned explorer.

5 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 4

The sport version maybe, not the full size body-on-frame version

5 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Why specifically?

5 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Lol

5 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

Chrysler was still in bad shape when they bought Jeep. Jeep was meant to improve their image so they had incentive to protect its 1/2

5 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 1

2/2 uniqueness and history. The Germans and everyone that came after didn't give a shit. To them it was just a name to exploit.

5 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

Jeep died the day you could no longer buy your vehicle in flat-pack form

5 years ago | Likes 106 Dislikes 3

Pretty sure Canada still does a drill demonstration breaking one of these things down to parts, then putting it back there.

5 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 1

Every military base has a jiffy jeep team and we compete every year.

5 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Jeep didn't exsist yet when GPWs came in flat packs (which was a rare score). I bought my Ford GPW from a feild LOL.

5 years ago | Likes 27 Dislikes 1

What is a "feild" and why are you laughing?

5 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 1

It's a field but typed on a phone keyboard.

5 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 0

Wasn't that in 1987 though?

5 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

'90 was when Chrysler merged with AMC (later renamed Jeep Eagle) because Lee Iacocca wanted the Cherokee.
