They alrady had a ghost rider in universe, but I dont blame them for ignoring it. There's a lot working against it: It was on Agents of Shield, not Johnny Blaze, and he didnt even ride a motorcycle.

I guess Cage couldn't reprise it, being Spider-Noir with the spiderverse, which is tied to the MCU. Maybe he does a hand off as the old Ghost Rider to the new one like Sam Elliot did as Caretaker.
